In mid-July, in freezing cold (actually -3C one morning!) Armidale NSW, the Invetus Leadership team met face-to-face to undertake 2019-2020 business plan consolidation. Each of the sites had built up their own business plan, and the ILT reviewed and agreed an Invetus-wide plan. The next step is to take that plan to the Board for approval.

As part of the session, the ILT refreshed the 5-year Vision, our core focus, marketing strategy, and reviewed our 3-year picture. They identified key company-wide objectives for the ILT (“Rocks”) as well as a number of business issues. Some of these were addressed at the meeting, others will be dealt with at the weekly ILT meetings.

There was of course some social activity, and all agreed that meeting face-to-face is invaluable for both team-building and problem-solving.
